FOR ALL MY BLOG BUDDIES

Happy Independence Day!

Celebrate till you drop; Safely & Securely, and return to us AGAIN.

NYC’s gettin busy

Listen. We’ve recently become famous in Real Estate Circles and not just because crane’s are dropping like there’s a sale at Barneys. I’m talking about land re-use,  We do it better than just about anyone else due to the cost of construction and let’s face it; like Tony Soprano once stated to AJ… “Invest in land. ’cause Gods not making anymore!”

Those things in mind, the city government is making an effort to increase parklands and the highline is just another unused ugly thing they’d like to get some profit out of.  And alot of us are for it.  We’d still like to see something Frank Ghery draped across a premier NY waterway, but this’ll do for now.

So check out the proposed next big thing via Mr. (ex-) Uma Thurmon.

3 x 3; he earned it; he deserved it; and he won…

And by 12 Million votes.  Just about anyone is blogging about the final outcome and if you weren’t ever there you should just move on.  The finalist generated more paid, PAID; votes than the last presidential election. (NEARLY 100 MILLION).  Hopefully the tweens will stay involved and get their brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and parents to put down the remote and get to the polls and take an interest in crowning the next American Idol.

But in the meantime, here’s an example of why he was able to pull it off.

clck the pic to get the hit,

Could you, pull you?

With all the baggage we can carry into any new relationship; the question is out there. If you had to take time and delve through all the pretense; Would you give yourself the time of day? In a public socal setting?  Its an eyeopener when you really consider it.

Usually entertainng us on the large screen is Robert Hoffman.  He’s got the most imaginative vids on YouTube.  Cute as a button; and quite a film-maker.

Check him out.
